How to Order your Personalised Wedding Stationery


Request a sample of your favourite design/s so that you can see this up close and make sure this is the perfect design for you. We will send out samples in your chosen colour, but if this isn't quite right you can take advantage of our free colour match service to make sure we get it as close as possible.


Once you have chosen your design, you can now easily place your order over the website, selecting the items and quantities you would like. Alternatively, please e-mail or phone us and we will be happy to process your order directly,


Once we have received your order, we will be in touch to discuss all your personalisation details - wording, font styles, colours etc. You will be sent a personalisation form which asks for everything we need to create your personalised stationery. Here is a list of the font styles and colour options to choose from which you can make a note of on your form which you would like us to use:


Next you will receive PDF proofs e-mailed over for you to check. At this stage it is important for you to check everything is ok - if not, we can change things for you until everything is perfect. Please do check your wording and information BEFORE sending to us though as this will save time of having to do new proofs and possibly delaying your order. Upon receiving your proofs, please check EVERY detail, and then check again! More sets of eyes are better than one just in case something gets missed.


Once proofs have been approved, leave the rest to us and await your e-mail letting you know everything is on the way! For stationery orders i.e. invitations / table stationery this is approx 1-2 weeks, for smaller accessory items or save the date orders this is 3-5 days.

  • Our online shop facility enables you to place your order easily and efficiently online. If you would prefer to contact us directly we are happy to process your order via e-mail or phone.
  • Payment is in full when placing your order online or over the phone via debit or credit card. Due to the time and work involved with proofing, no work can begin until we are in receipt of payment for your order.
