These terms and conditions govern your use of our website; by using our website, you accept these terms and conditions in full. If you disagree with any part of these terms and conditions, do not use our website.

The information on this website is provided free-of-charge, and you acknowledge that it would be unreasonable to hold us liable in respect of this website and the information on this website.

Whilst we endeavour to ensure that the information on this website is correct, we do not warrant its completeness or accuracy; nor do we not commit to ensuring that the website remains available or that the material on this website is kept up-to-date.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law we exclude all representations, warranties and conditions (including, without limitation, the conditions implied by law of satisfactory quality, fitness for purpose and the use of reasonable care and skill).

Our liability is limited and excluded to the maximum extent permitted under applicable law. We will not be liable for any direct, indirect or consequential loss or damage arising under these terms and conditions or in connection with our website, whether arising in tort, contract, or otherwise - including, without limitation, any loss of profit, contracts, business, goodwill, data, income, revenue or anticipated savings.

However, nothing in these terms and conditions shall exclude or limit our liability for fraud, for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for any other liability which cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

Ordering, Delivery & Returns

Please read through Dreams to Reality's terms and conditions before placing your order. By placing your order you will be in acceptance of these.

Due to the nature of handmade products there may be slight colour, texture and design variances from those shown on the website, or between your sample and order placed at a later date, or between orders made seperately.

Any prices, offers or discounts quoted will only be valid once payment has been received. Without payment these discounts are subject to change without notice.

Full payment is required upon placing your order. Your order will not be commenced until the full payment has cleared.

The approval of the proof is the responsibility of the client. You proof/proofs must be approved by e-mail giving Dreams to reality consent to begin your order. Minor changes / ammendments can be made at no extra charge, however a substantial change needing a re-proof will be subject to a £10 charge per proof. After the proof has been approved and this consent received, Dreams to Reality will not be liable for any mistakes. 3 proof revisions are included - any further proofs will be charged at £5 per proof file.

Any offers / promotions / discounts run on the website cannot be used with any other discounts / offers / promotions.

Colour matching will be through what materials Dreams to Reality can obtain through regular suppliers and will be brought in as best possible through matt / pearlescent cards, ink, satin / organza ribbons. Dreams to Reality cannot guarantee an exact match so the closest possible result will be achieved. Dreams to Reality are restricted by coloured card and ribbon colours depending what is available from the supplier. If a match can't be obtained, a neutral colour will be used in it's place if the customer is not happy with the closest alternative.

We do not accept returns on any handmade stationery unless faulty / damaged, in which case a replacement will be sent upone receipt of the faulty items.

If an item is cancelled from the order, a refund will be provided in full if no work has begun on the item. If an item has been proofed but not made, a £10 fee per item will be deducted from the refund amont to cover proofing costs. If work has begun on the item, a refund cannot be given.

We may revise these terms and conditions from time-to-time. Please check this page regularly to ensure you are familiar with the current version.

These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and us in relation to your use of our website, and supersede all previous agreements in respect of your use of this website.

This notice will be governed by and construed in accordance with English law, and any disputes relating to this notice shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
